Our love and light tends to be superficially overshadowed by our self-doubts. In other words, we humans doubt our own divinity and eternal oneness (connection) with The Universe (All That Is) . We are aware of some of our self-doubts, but others are unconscious (we can call these unconscious self-doubts ‘subconscious fears’). Our awareness of these self doubts can change. We are capable of bringing everything into consciousness that we need for our own benefit. We experience some self doubts consciously from a very early age, while other self doubts take longer to express in our lives. This is so that we can address them gradually over time. We need this time to learn and grow (mature / evolve) spiritually.
Our self-doubts block our divine power (of love and deep truth) and as a result we experience some form of fear, and perhaps also some fear-based physical discomfort / disease.
Fear
Fear can be defined as any emotion other than love / joy / bliss. In other words, fear is a broad term for all our uncomfortable emotions (e.g. anger, grief, guilt). There are many other names for these emotions e.g:
Anger: irritation, annoyance, aggravation, frustration, rage
Grief: sadness, melancholy, down-heartedness
Guilt: shame, over-responsibility for others
'Depression' is an absence of emotion (feeling / sensation), because we have repressed it (either knowingly / consciously or unknowingly / unconsciously).
Human Discomfort / Disease
All human suffering stems from our inner spiritual self doubts. Our self doubts can show up as human discomforts / diseases. Broadly speaking, I categorize these discomforts as mental, emotional, and physical (material).
It is important to know that:
- The term ‘physical (material) discomforts’ includes not only our bodily discomforts but also all of the external issues (challenges) in our lives e.g. financial issues, relationship issues etc.
- All of our physical discomforts stem from our underlying mental and emotional issues.
- All of our physical, mental, and emotional issues stem from our underlying spiritual issues.
