Introduction
© increasing our self-acceptance (self-love)
© becoming more aware of our divine nature
© using our personal power of love to create a more harmonious and comfortable life for ourselves. This in-
cludes a
healthier body, mind, and spirit.
Chapter 1: The
Living Universe
To help us understand who we truly are, it can help us to
know that whatever we perceive as the ‘universe’ is actually a living entity.
This entity is eternally alive with consciousness, intelligence, light
(knowledge), the unlimited power of love, and the ability to create its own
reality.
This entity has divided itself into many different parts
e.g. stars, planets, moons, space, people, plants, animals, different
dimensions of consciousness etc. By doing this the universe has created
opportunities for varied experiences for itself, in order to experience itself
more richly. (Its self-reflection would be extremely limited without these
experiences to reflect on.)
As humans we are an integral part of the universe and are
therefore endowed with the same nature and abilities. In other words, all
humans are eternally alive with consciousness, intelligence, light (knowledge),
the potentially unlimited power of love, and the ability to create our own
reality.
Chapter 2: We
Create Our Own Reality
We create our own reality one hundred percent. This happens
both consciously and unconsciously, with our higher self as the overseer.
Accepting responsibility for our life and health is empowering because we then
regard ourselves as the creator of our lives and therefore in the driver’s
seat. We can then create change as desired.
Together with others we cocreate life as we know it.
It is helpful to realize that we do not truly have power
over others. We are all cocreators and in truth there are no victims. It may
appear as if some have power over others but this can only happen to the degree
that others agree to cocreate this situation. This agreement may be conscious
and/or subconscious.
Our power is multiplied when we work in groups with a common
intention. Large groups focusing on offering planetary healing can be very
beneficial for our world.
Seeing ourselves as powerless victims is not truly helpful
to anyone. The belief in victims and persecutors involves victims incorrectly
attributing their own creative power in their life to their persecutors.
Furthermore persecutors gain only a temporary false sense of power over their
victims whilst remaining unaware of their own true power. Eventually we will all reclaim our own
true divine power to create wonderful lives of our choice.
Chapter 3: The
Universe Is Infinite Supply
The universe is a non-judgemental mirror which supplies us
with whatever we focus on and allow for ourselves, and whatever is our heart’s
desire. It is a system of infinite supply and demand i.e. we demand and the
universe responds by supplying whatever we demand.
There are no limits to the supply and to what we can create
/attract for ourselves except those we place (or have placed) on our personal
power, either consciously and/or unconsciously. We humans are powerful creator
beings creating our own lives.
Expanding Our Options: We have no power over others, in truth. (Sometimes it may
seem that we do but this only occurs when people actually agree, consciously
and/or unconsciously, to be controlled by others.) Therefore if our desires
seem to require the agreement of specific others, it is wise to open to the
possibility other options and people as well. In other words, throw open the
field of possibles instead of requiring the agreement of specific people (who
in turn may or may not choose to agree/co-operate with us). In this way we can
practice open-ended thinking to expand our options.
Chapter 4: We Are Valuable
Just as we are worthy of receiving, so too are we valuable
in our own expression/giving. This is simply honouring our masculine aspect. We
humans are each an essential, intrinsic part of the universe (the oneness / all
that is) which cannot exist without us, and whatever we put out/
manifest/express is a valuable gift to the planet.
No matter what we give out to the world, it is a potential
gift for others to experience (see, hear, or sense), because we are a
reflection of parts of them. In this sense we are all valuable mirros for one
another. Recognizing ourselves as valuable in the world and in the universe is
part of our complete self-love and acceptance.
We are made of love and light so we do not necessarily have
to do anything in particular to be valuable. Just the presence of our energy is
a gift in itself, and as we transform and become more whole, we allow ourselves
to love more powerfully and shine our light more brightly. Many of us are here
on earth at this time with a mission to open to our 5th dimensional
selves, and this personal healing journey is a great potential gift to others
(who can benefit from the resulting increase in love and light).
Chapter 5: We
Are All-Worthy / All-Deserving
We are all worthy of receiving the abundance of the
universe. This is simply honouring our feminine aspect. There is no limit to
the abundance we deserve and which is available to us in truth. In other words,
we all deserve complete happiness, joy, love, peace, contentment, and to have
all of our needs met. Ultimately we are worthy of remembering and allowing our
true divine/universal self, and of using our thoughts combined with our power
of love to manifest our heart’s desires. We can make our demands/choices and
eventually the universe supplies.
When: The
time delay between our demands/wishes/choices and the manifestation of these
(the supply) reduces as our awareness/know-how increases, and as our access to
our own power increases.
How: We
can choose to leave it open to the universe as to specifically how our needs
will be met and how our heart-felt wishes may be fulfilled. It is wise to leave
our expectations (of exactly how our wishes and needs are met) open-ended, so
that the universe can supply in all manner of ways. Likewise it is unwise to
expect our needs to be met by any one particular person, or any particular
group of people, or in any particular way.
Our fear-based needs (called attachments) as opposed to our
heart-felt wishes/desires, require healing. Such healing helps us to restore
our wholeness and bring in more of our own energy. This is turn results in our
needs being met, but perhaps in ways other than expected. We will have
opened to allow more possibilities as to how our needs can be met.
We humans are powerful creative beings who create our bodies
and our entire lives, although usually with limited conscious awareness. We
have the potential to manifest our heart’s desires instantaneously but for most
of us there is a considerable time delay. This is because we carry a range of
self-doubts which block our power of love. During the course of our life we
have the opportunity to heal these self doubts to reclaim more of our full
power to create. Some of our self doubts will be easy to replace with
self-affirmation, while others may take longer. Inevitably we will find
ourselves challenged step by step during the course of our life to love
(accept) every part of ourselves, in order to stay in balance and healthy. As
we do so, we will notice the power of our ability to manifest increasing
because our choices will manifest in the physical more quickly i.e. with less
time delay.
Manifestation occurs as a result of our thoughts (whatever
we focus on, whether we want it or not) powered by our emotion about them. The
stronger our emotion, the stronger the power. Both our loves and our fears tend
to manifest, so it is wise to focus on what we desire to manifest rather than
on what we don’t.
In other words focus on:
© being pro-peace rather than on being ‘anti -
war’
© health rather than sickness
© solutions (goals, ideals) rather than on the problems etc.
© our fears only long enough to understand them, embrace them, release them, and replace them with self-loving beliefs and affirmations. Then spend as much time as possible focusing on the latter.
The more we ask for, the more we get, so practice saying:
© I call forth . . . .
© I choose
© I have / I am . . . .
rather than ‘I want . . . .’ which suggests ‘a lack’ and can
therefore manifest ‘a lack’ in our life.
Our power to manifest may be held in check to some degree by
our higher self which has the ultimate say in what we experience. Our higher
self is our overseer and protects us from anything we are not ready to
experience and handle.
Each human being is sovereign with individual free choice
and is in charge of their own life and destiny. This means that:
© Together we cocreate the world, but as individuals we are
responsible only for our own choices and not the choices of others.
© It is wise to respect others as a mirror (magnified
reflection) of aspects of ourselves.
© We can offer help
to others but it is their choice as to whether or not they accept any help
offered.
Chapter 7:
Third To Fifth Dimensional Earth
The universe is made of vibrating energy and contains
dimensions of different frequencies. Places operating within higher frequency
bands of energy are called higher dimensions as opposed to lower dimensions
which operate within lower frequency bands of energy.
The earth as we know it is a low-dimensional body, but is
currently in a process of transition. Until approximately 1991 earth was operating
in the third dimension, vibrating relatively slowly. This meant that our
physical reality here on earth was relatively dense, requiring more energy to
create what we desire. It also tended to result in greater difficulty staying
in touch with our higher self, with each other, and with the rest of the
universe. Hence humanity often felt cut off from love and wisdom and our
civilizations are relatively primitive. Technology advanced faster than our
spiritual awareness, resulting in destructive wars and pollution of the
environment.
Fortunately, this is all changing now with the beginning of
the New Age, which is ushering in more love and light and hence more
opportunity for us all to heal and raise our awareness (level of
consciousness). Earth’s transition into the New Age began in 1991, when the
earth’s vibration was raised up into the 4th dimension. Since then humanity has
been challenged to raise their own vibration from dense 3rd
dimensional bodies up to 4th dimensional bodies to match the earth,
and even beyond up to 5th dimensional bodies by the end of the
transition period (possibly sometime between the years 2027 and 2033). This
personal transformation requires a process of self-healing and enlightenment,
and releasing our (old paradigm) fears and judgments, replacing them with
self-love (self-acceptance) and discernment. By the end of the tranistion, the
earth and everyone on it will be living in the 5th dimension with
greatly expanded awareness.
The universe is bristling with life forms, and civilizations
technically more advanced than those on earth, and living predominently in
dimensions higher than the third. Not all of these of these civilizations are
spiritually highly evolved, but most are more evolved than those here on earth.
Earth civilizations are considered to be spiritually relatively primitive.
Chapter 8: The
God-Goddess I Am Principle
The universe goes by different names in different cultures.
Some have counted up to 70 different names e.g. god/goddess, All That Is, the
oneness, the source, etc. Whichever name we use, it is important to recognize both its feminine and masculine
aspects.
As humans we are each an integral part of the universe.
Hence we are each god-goddess in nature, regardless of our gender. This is
called the god-goddess principle. Having said this, males tend to have a
stronger focus on their male god aspect and females tend to have a stronger
focus on their female goddess aspect.
The female aspect is about just being, receiving, allowing,
accepting, resting, slowness, gentleness etc. The masculine aspect is about
doing, striving, action, stepping out, expressing, manifesting, giving etc.
Chapter 9: Love Is The Power; Light Is The Information
The core true nature of human beings is love and light. We
can regard light as universal information, and love as the glue that holds the
universe together.
Superficially we humans tend to block our love and light to
varying degrees as a result of the self-doubts which we adopt at birth and
during the course of our lives. These blocks reflect the specific issues we
have chosen to deal with this lifetime, and can all potentially be healed. (We
never choose to take on issues which are impossible for us to handle).
As divine beings we create our own reality by using love (our
heart’s desire) to power our creation into existence and using light (our
ideas, choices) to determine the nature (specifics) of our creation.
Chapter 10:
Self-Love / Self- Acceptance Heals All
For a long time humanity has been in denial of its divine
(love and light) nature. This denial has resulted in all manner of personal
energy blocks which are in turn responsible for all mental, emotional, and physical disease (i.e.
lack of ease).
To heal its diseases, humanity needs to acknowledge that we
are gods-goddesses in truth, and that love and light is therefore our true core
nature. Furthermore, we need to move towards loving ourselves one hundred
percent, just as we are, warts and all. Loving ourselves means accepting
ourselves unconditionally (as opposed to judging ourselves as good / bad, or
right / wrong).
Coming to the point of completely loving / accepting
ourselves tends to be a step by step process of increasing our awareness of our
own beliefs, releasing any self-doubts and fears, and opening to more
self-acceptance. There are many books and spiritual healers / counsellors /
teachers available to help with this process and/or we can do some
self-auditing:
© Whatever we judge in others we most likely judge in
ourselves and vice versa. So how we feel about others can give us clues about
how we are judging ourselves, and if we are judging ourselves, we may also be
judging others the same way.
© When we feel judged by others, this judgement is a
reflection of a small part of us (often unconscious) which is still in
judgement of us and which needs to be replaced with self-love. Be aware that
this ‘reflection’ tends to be magnified for easier identification. (Refer
chapter 12 ‘Life Is A Mirror’).
Chapter 11: Our Emotions And Beliefs
Humans are love. That is our truest emotion. Love
encompasses all of our pleasant heart-felt emotions (e.g. joy, love, elation,
happiness, excitement, open-heartedness etc).
However, when we deny our own divine loving nature we
experience a degree of lack of love, which in turn we can call ‘fear’. We
experience our fears as our uncomfortable / unpleasant emotions. These
fear-based emotions include anger, grief, guilt, and a large range of other
unspecified fears based on our (incorrect) belief in somehow being separate
from divinity / All That Is / the universe. The strength of each of our
personal fear-based emotions is a measure of the amount of our energy which we
have tied up in them. This is actually our own love energy used against
ourselves, to block our personal energy flow. Each of our fear-based emotions
is ultimately based on our belief in denying our miraculous divine nature and
true self-worth.
To live a healthy life, we should focus as often as possible
on love and joy, and follow our heart’s desires. Our heart will lead the way to
personal happiness, and to the fulfillment of our chosen life purpose.
Subsequently we can then use our rational mind to organize ourselves to follow
our heart’s desires.
Attempting to follow our heart’s joys will prompt our
selfdoubts (fears) to rise to the surface (from our unconscious mind to our
conscious mind) in order to be reappraised and healed. So it helps to be
prepared to counsel and nurture ourselves through this process, and / or to
seek help from others. Spiritual healers can offer deep insight and powerful
healing. Alternatively there are courses and workshops which offer personal
development and self-healing techniques.
Common Fear-Based
Emotions
Grief
(sadness, unhappiness etc): a sense of loss
Anger
(rage, fury etc): a sense of our expectations not being met.
Anger
has 2 components:
(1) a fear-based judgemental belief (which can be
replaced with self-acceptance).
(2) a love-based desire / passion to stand up for
our perceived rights. We can harness this passionate energy to constructively
create lives of our choice.
Guilt: a
fear of somehow being or doing wrong (when there is truly no wrong in the
universe. Refer chapter ‘Discernment vs Judgement’). Guilt is destructive
self-judgement which holds back our personal spiritual evolution.
If we seek guidelines for our behaviour, guilt is not the
answer. Instead, we can use our inner conscience, life experience, and and
sense of wisdom to guide us. We can raise our awareness and use caution.
Awareness / consciousness mobilizes us, whereas fear (such as guilt) paralyses
us.
Loneliness / Isolation: feeling disconnected within ourselves from source / All
That Is / the universe.
Other Fears:
We humans carry many layers of fear-based beliefs, which all relate to how we
perceive ourselves. And the more energy we have invested in any particular
belief, the stronger the associated fear-based emotion (fear) that we can feel.
Our self-doubts can be replaced with self-love, and their emotional charge
transmuted with the help of available healing techniques and products e.g.
crystals, flower essences, essential oils, guided meditation, Reiki, spiritual
healing, counselling etc.
Chapter 12: Life
Is A Mirror
The purpose of life is to experience life and thereby evolve
in self-understanding and awareness. We have a soul desire to experience, know,
and accept our true divine nature. To this end we humans will most likely need
to reflect on our experiences and engage in some personal healing (unless we are ascended masters already).
To help us with this the universe is so arranged that our
life is actually a magnifying mirror (or reflection) of our own beliefs about
ourselves. This is true for every part of our lives:
© our personal life (physical, emotional and mental
state
of health, relationships, the events in our
lives, jobs, opportunities, state of abundance etc.
© family issues
© community issues
© state and national
issues
© international issues
The key to
interpreting our life is to begin by noticing how we feel about it. Our
strongest emotional and / or physical discomforts point to what most needs
healing in us at any particular point in time. Each issue we deal with can be
interpreted in terms of our beliefs about ourselves, powered by our strong
fear-based emotion. Be aware that the ‘reflections’ which life brings us tend
to be magnified / exaggerated for easier identification.
Whole books have been written about the metaphysical
interpretation of diseases to assist us with our interpretations of our lives,
but we can easily begin the process ourselves by asking and answering a few
important questions:
© ‘How does the
issue I’m facing affect my life at present? Why does the issue matter to me?
What am I afraid of?’ Once we have clarified our answers, we can
repeat the questions in relation to these answers. For example, if we are
worried about losing a job, we may determine that this fear is due to an
underlying fear of lack of money which in turn is due to an underlying fear of
starvation, which in turn is due to an underlying fear of death etc. In this
way we can continue to go through the layers of the onion, repeatedly asking
ourselves the same questions. When we have gone as far and deep with this
process as we can, we can replace our bottom-line fear-based belief with new
positive beliefs about ourselves (to help us accept ourselves more fully, to
free us up, and to help us empower ourselves).
© ‘When did the issue first start to affect me? What
else was happening in my life at that time? Was there an event which triggered
my fears / concerns? Why did this event matter to me?’ Pose these
questions and go through the layers of the onion again for more insight into
our belief systems.
If we get ‘stuck’ answering any of the
above the above questions, one way of getting unstuck is to ask ourselves ‘What,
in our opinion, is the worst possible
scenario or outcome that we can imagine might occur?’ This question can
open our minds to our deeper subconscious fears, and being able to reverse and
heal these deeper fears leads to even more powerful personal healing.
Human relationships are a powerful mirror for us. For
example, when others judge us, it is a reflection of a small part of our own
(often unconscious) mind which is in judgement of us. So if we pay attention to
how others treat us, we can thereby listen to what we are actually telling
ourselves. And if it is criticism, we can respond by loving / accepting,
nurturing, and affirming ourselves in that area of our lives.
Chapter 13:
Everything Has Purpose And Meaning
All life is by choice and design, and therefore it all has
purpose and meaning. There is no such thing as as ‘chance’ and nothing is ‘accidental’. Everything in life is our
creation, which we cocreate with all others. Indeed, everything and everybody
is interconnected.
This is why we can attempt to read and interpret everything
in life – from the positions of planets and stars, to Tarot cards, and to the
tea leaves in a cup.
We each incarnate on earth with a life purpose e.g:
© to experience life in the 3rd dimension and the
transition to higher dimensions. Earth iscurrently in a process of changing
into the 4th and 5th dimensions.
© to expand our
awareness of who we are and then create ourselves anew as the grandest version
of who we truly are i.e. to recreate ourselves as the highest form of ourselves
which we can imagine.
© We have
relationships to help us decide what we want to be in
relation to others. It’s not about trying to be what others want us to be, or
about changing others to be what we would like them to be, because these
attempts to manipulate tend to trap us into tenuous trade offs with others. We
can invite others and make suggestions, rather than try to force or manipulate.
(Unfortunately
we often seem to trap ourselves by trying to decide what others want, resulting
in relationships involving tenuous trades with others).
To achieve our purpose we need to balance our ‘doing’ with
‘being’, which for most would mean less focus on doing and more focus on being.
(Refer Chapter 4 ‘We Are Valuable’)
Chapter 14:
Life Is Cyclical
Life is cyclical over time and occurs in eras/phases which
are defined by varying focuses/characteristics and opportunities.
December 2012 was the end of the long Mayan calendar and the
start of a new Golden Age. It was also the end of the Age of Pisces and the
start of the Age of Aquarius. The latter cycles are shorter, lasting about
2,000 years, while the Golden Age will be longer, lasting at least 6,000 years.
The Age Of Aquarius: one twelfth of the 26,000 year cycle of the rotation of
earth’s axis.
The new Golden Age: one quarter of the 26,000 year cycle of the rotation of
earth’s axis.
Today humanity on earth is experiencing the start of a
unique and significant new age/era filled with great change, challenge, and
opportunity to evolve spiritually. In other words, we are making history and
the eyes of the galaxy are upon us. Our experiences and choices are being observed
and recorded throughout the galaxy for all beings to be able to learn from. The
question we face is ‘Are we willing to acknowledge our true loving divine
nature and creative mental power’ so that we can ascend up to 5th dimensional living in
the New Age? According to some, the earth’s vibration has already risen up into
the 4th dimension (since about 1990) so we humans are challenged to
raise our own vibration accordingly. The increasing light on earth has been
gradually exposing all of our personal and collective fears, so we can more
readily identify and heal them. We are all being challenged to remember that we
are powerful creative divine beings of love and light, and to decide / choose
what kind of new reailty we wish to create for ourselves in the future. We are
all evolving spiritually.
Chapter 15:
What Is My Life Purpose?
Our lives matter and have purpose. In fact we choose our
life purpose as a soul before we incarnate on earth. This purpose is varied.
Here are some examples. Souls may incarnate:
© to have the experience of living in the physical in this
relatively dense reality / dimension / plane.
© for the opportunity to grow and evolve spiritually. When we
incarnate on earth, we choose to forget who we really are (our true divine
nature), in order to have the opportunity to remember again who we truly are,
whilst in a relatively dense physical body. In other words we can choose to
realign with our higher selves. This can be a step-by-step journey of
increasing conscious awareness, affirming our love, truth, and wisdom along the
way.
© as ascended masters to assist humanity.
© as starseeds from star systems in higher dimensions
dimensions, in order to assist humanity as well as to personally evolve
spiritually.
© to expand our awareness of who we are and then create
ourselves anew as the grandest version of who we truly are. We have
relationships to help us decide what we want to be in
relation to that/others. However, we can trap ourselves by focusing more on
what others want rather than what we ourselves want, resulting in relationships
involving tenuous trades with others).
© for a short life and to pass over early/young (e.g. 6
years and under) purely as a gift to those around them.
Chapter 16:
Spirit Guides, Angels, Ascended Masters
When we incarnate on earth as a soul, we generally agree to
go through a process of temporarily forgeting much about our greater selves and
past lives. We choose to forget in order to be able to focus more specifically
on our chosen life purpose goals and experiences here on earth. And we agree to
have in place around us a variety of loving, supportive spiritual beings to
help us maintain our energy system and to heal ourselves and evolve.
These spiritual assistants include:
© Spirit Guides:
this is a general term which refers to a range of beings including family and
friends who have passed over, earth bound souls, nature devas, and star beings
from planets and star systems in higher dimensions. Pleiadians and Sirians are
two common star beings currently here to assist humanity’s healing and
spiritual evolution.
© Angels:
these spirit beings generally don’t incarnate and have a different evolutionary
path from humans. Humans have a guardian angel for their entire life, plus a variety
of other angels to assist them in many ways. For example life purpose angels,
healing angels etc. We may call in new angels to assist us to achieve our
goals. Our larger overlighting angels working at a planetary level are called
archangels e.g. Archangel Michael (for truth & wisdom), Archangel Raphael
(for healing), Archangel Gabriel etc.
© Ascended
Masters: are souls who have mastered life on the earth plane and whose
conscious awareness has expanded to include higher dimensions. Ascended masters
assisting us on earth include Lord Sananda (formerly Jesus), Saint Germaine,
Lady Mary (formerly Jesus’ mother), Lady Nada, Kwan Yin etc.
Chapter 17: Discernment vs Judgement
The universe/god-goddess is discerning but non-judgemental.
In other words there is no judgement in the universe other than our own. In
order to heal and evolve we must replace our judgements with discernment. We
must come to the realization that judging life and ourselves (as good or bad,
or right or wrong) involves arbitrary value judgements which block our
self-acceptance / self-love. We should accept what IS without judgement and
simply observe what leads to what. We can replace our judgements with a process
of discernment. As we experience life, this experience expands our wisdom when
we observe the outcomes of different beliefs and behaviours. Learning from
observation helps us to discern and evaluate situations in terms of achieving
stated goals. To evaluate life, we can ask ‘Is this belief or that behaviour
wise? Is it likely to lead to desired outcomes?’
In moving from judgement to discernment, our language and
thinking change. We replace our words of judgment with phrases such as:
© this belief / behaviour leads to that
© this belief / behaviour is a result of that
© this is wiser or less wise than that
© this brings in more love and light than that
© this is more helpful / beneficial than that, in order to achieve our goals.
Chapter 18: Auras, Chakras, Colour Healing
Life manifests
/ expresses from the inside out i.e. from spirit into the physical
realms. We are a spirit (soul) supporting / creating / growing (if we are still
a child) our physical body. Our spirit exists throughout our entire body as
well as extending beyond it in all directions, creating our human aura. Our
aura consists of etheric, emotional, mental, and higher spiritual components.
Our aura includes energy centres called chakras and energy
lines called meridiens. Humans have seven large chakras plus many smaller
chakras. Our chakras are located both inside and outside of our physical bodies
as well as in the earth below us and in the air above us.
Each chakra has its own predominant colour(s) as well as
other colours. To heal our chakras we can place colours on them either
physically (e.g. coloured crystals or pieces of fabric) or just by intention.
We can choose colours intuitively or select the known predominant colour of the
chakra to be healed. There are also many other ways to heal/balance chakras.
Chapter 19:
Using Crystals For Healing
We can use crystals to facilitate and add power to our
healing, communications with spirit, and our spiritual evolution. Crystals are
tools which can help us transmute our fears back into love and light, and to
amplify our energy, intention, awareness etc. To heal our chakras we can choose
crystals in colours which match each chakra. However, the crystals we feel most
attracted to at any particular time will help us the most. That is why we are
guided towards them by feeling our attraction towards them.
Chapter 20:
Pleiadian Star Crystal Healing
The Pleiadian spirit guides can be invoked (called in / called
forth) at any time for their wisdom and to aid us with our meditations and
healing processes. They offer us love, counselling, wisdom, and crystal colour
healing. They are from the Pleiades star cluster and have a long-standing
connection with planet earth. They exist
primarily in the 5th dimension as well as in higher dimensions. Many Pleiadians have actually
incarnated on earth at this time to assist humanity in its process of
transformation. We can call upon the Pleiadianspirit guides whenever we feel a
desire for their loving support and healing assistance.
I frequently call upon the Pleiadians to channel their wise
and loving messages as well as to ask
them for their help and guidance during personal healings. I choose to call
these healings ‘Pleiadian Star Crystal Healings’ because I often receive
psychic images of crystals during these healings.
Chapter 21: Self-Counselling To Remove Self-Doubt
For a conscious healing journey (i.e. a journey with
increasing self-awareness) we can analyse our personal issues. Our layers of
fear & self-doubt will then become exposed like the layers of an
onion. We can explore why we react
fearfully to certain things by using the technique of repeatedly asking ourselves
why they matter to us. In other words, each time we ask this question, we can
acknowledge our answer, and then in turn ask why our answer matters to us. We
can keep repeating this process to delve deeper and deeper into our own psyche.
Once we get to our ‘bottom line’ fear, this is the kernel to heal, and then all
the self-doubts which rest upon it will also dissolve.
Example:
I have a fear of flying.
Why?
Because I might fall down from a great height.
Why would that matter to me?
I might die.
Why might that matter to me?
I am afraid of dying because it might hurt.
So what?
I don’t want to be in pain. I don’t want to suffer.
So what?
I’d feel out of control and in pain.
Possible New Affirmations: I am in control of my life and of how I feel because I am
a powerful divine creator. I open to feeling more love and joy. I am innocent,
safe, and supported.
Chapter 22:
P’taah’s Recipe For Transmuting Fear
It serves no-one to hold on to our fears and self-doubts.
They create blocks in our spiritual energy system which can eventually result
in emotional, mental, and even physical disease (lack of ease).
Author Jani King’s books ‘The P’taah Tapes’ offer a
step-by-step recipe for healing our fears which I have slightly modified:
Step 1: Say ‘I take
responsibility for my fear of . . .’
(name the fear being experienced e.g. poverty)
Step 2: Say ‘I
acknowledge my judgement that my fear (e.g. of poverty) is bad, and I align my
judgement. My judgement is ok. It’s all just showing me how I’m not totally
loving / allowing myself.
Step 3: Feel the feeling
/ fear / emotion.
Step 4: Acknowledge the
pearl of wisdom here.
More Notes On Step One:
Once we identify a fear that we wish to transmute / release, we can go further
and identify the fear which underlies it, thereby going through our layers of
fear, like the layers of an onion. (Refer Chapter 21 ‘Self-Counselling’) We can
then transmute / release these deeper fears using P’taah’s recipe.
More Notes On Step Three:
All of our uncomfortable feelings / emotions are some type of fear, and it may
take practice to release our fear-based emotions easily. For example, we can
express / release:
©
sadness by crying
©
anger by taking some form of physical action
©
guilt by claiming our innocence
Fears can also be lifted by imagining that we are enjoying
feeling the fear, because whatever we try to enjoy opens our heart and
consequently the feeling of fear will lift up and out of our system in the form
of a sigh.
More Notes On Step Four:
The reverse side of a fear is a pearl of wisdom. Step 4 is to identify the
pearl of wisdom and formulate new caring beliefs and affirmations about
ourselves. These new beliefs will be the opposite of our fears. For example, if
we fear not being good enough, then our new belief will be that we are good
enough. If we feel guilty and that we have done something wrong, then our new
belief will be that it’s all ok in truth and that we are innocent (because in
truth there is no judgement in the universe - only discernment. (Refer Chapter
17 ‘Discernment vs Judgement’). Our new beliefs can be reaffirmed and focused
on frequently until they become our new habitual beliefs.
(The wisdom here is to recognize ourselves as all-powerful
divine beings of love and light, who are ok and acceptable / lovable in all
respects at all times).
Chapter 23: Dream Interpretation & Healing
There are 3 types of dreams:
(1) Symbolic Dreams represent aspects of our
consciousness in a symbolic way.
(2) Lucid Dreams are our actual experiences and
encounters with others.
(3) Prognostic Dreams give us information about
possible or probable future events.
We can ask our guardian angel to help us remember our
dreams. Writing them down when we wake up in the morning helps us remember our
dreams for longer (by moving our dream memories into our long term memory
bank).
Our dreams can be analysed to help us understand our
unconscious mind. This is particularly useful for understanding and healing nightmares. Patterns of repeating
nightmares occur to alert us to the fact that something in our subconscious mind
requires looking at and healing. This is done with a view to loving (accepting)
ourselves more fully and unconditionally.
Symbolic Dreams:
Our dreams are like our daily lives, in that they mirror
aspects of us in a magnified way. Every part of our dreams represents a part of
us and how we feel about ourselves. Therefore dream interpretation is
particularly useful to understand and heal our unconscious mind i.e. the parts
of our mind which we are still unaware of.
Dream Interpretation:
Example: If we dream
about lava coming towards us from a volcano, we are both the lava
as well as the erupting volcano.
The Gestalt method of dream interpretation suggests that we
break our dream down into its components (including our feelings) and write
these down as though summarizing the dream in a long sentence. Underneath this
‘dream sentence’ we can write what each component represents / symbolizes for
us. We can then ‘read’ through this sentence to help us understand our dream in
a deeper context. This processs can be repeated once more by re-interpreting
and writing down each dream component in a broader context, and again ‘reading’
through these new interpretations for an even deeper interpretation of the
dream.
(There is no right or wrong way to interpret a dream. What
is important is intuiting what each component of a dream means to us.)
Example:
Dream:
I felt afraid of the huge waves at the beach.
Symbolism: I believed I could not control the big
waves of emotion.
Deeper Symbolism: I felt out of my divine power and
overcome by my unconscious mind.
Dream Healing:
Dreams can be healed by doing a meditation in which we
imagine (or visualize) returning to the dream situation and then giving it an
ending of our choice from a place of greater personal empowerment and wisdom.
We can also speak to any characters or objects in the dream and ask what they
represent / are trying to tell us. If we sense or hear their replies we can
then respond with our own wise counsel to soothe and heal that aspect of
ourselves, and then watch or sense our dream situation progress to a happier
ending. We can be creative in how we resolve/heal our dreams.
If our dream healing is successful, the dream will not
recur. If it does recur, we can repeat the dream healing process and/or seek
the help and support of a spiritual healer to help lift the heavy emotion which
the dream represents.
Lucid Dreams: are memories of our actual nightly astral travels, when we
meet with people we recognize from this lifetime and our past lives.
Prognostic Dreams: predict possible or probable futures for ourselves and/or
others. If the dream predicts that a problem may occur in the future, we can
perform a ‘dream healing’ in order to help prevent the problem from actually
manifesting physically. The dream healing will also heal the part of us which
the dream is mirroring to us.
Chapter 24: Reincarnation And Past Lives
We are souls creating a physical body. At birth we incarnate
with a broad life plan of our own choosing which allows for our individual free
choice as a human being living on earth. Our life purpose will include certain
experiences and challenges as opportunities to grow/evolve spiritually. We
choose the family we are born into (with their soul agreement), as well as our
DNA.
We have had many past lives already, including on other
planets. Life is eternal, and death is a transition to another place /
dimension / zone, before we incarnate again.
We may be carrying issues (fears) in our DNA and cellular
renee meme memory from many generations
ago, and it is our challenge to heal these fears during earth’s current
transformation into the 5th dimension. We are currwntly living in a
4th dimensional reality, and resolving 3rd dimensional
duality issues. For example, we are
replacing:
©
fear with love
©
‘either/or’ thinking with ‘both/and’ thinking
© judgement with discernment
© belief in exclusivity with belief in
inclusivity
©
feelings of separation with feelings of oneness and
connection
